In connection with 3daysofdesign, works by photographer Birgitta Wolfgang Bjørnvad will be exhibited at EDDA Studio

Birgitta Wolfgang Bjørnvad is an internally acclaimed interior, lifestyle and art photographer. Her pictures have been featured in some of the world’s most prestigious magazines and she has throughout her 30-year career travelled the world in pursuit of amazing motives.

For the past 10 years, Birgitta has been photographing Palms around the world and this Exhibitions is based on this importance of Nature’s beauty.
The Palm symbolizes i.a. victory, fame, longevity and immortality. The palm is associated with the Sun, for example, in ancient Egypt it is the sacred tree of the Sun God Res; branches were laid on the coffins of the dead.

The palm is in focus for Birgitta’s Exhibition surrounded by ‘Desert Moments’, The landscape evokes scenes of constant change: the colours shine brighter, patterns in the sand floats constantly beneath your feet and light change every hour, which create thousands of different types of scenery.
